How do I download products I have already paid for?
To download programs that you have already paid for, follow the steps below.
- Sign into your account in our webstore.
- Click on Orders to view all of your completed orders.
- Select the order containing the program you wish to download.
- Click the Start Download button to begin the download process.
- If the Start Download button is no longer active, please contact technical support.
Where is my product key?
To find your product key, follow the steps below.
- Sign into your account in our webstore.
- Click on Orders to view all of your completed orders.
- Select the order containing the software program.
- The Product Key will be displayed in the order detail section.
Where is my License ID and Password?
- A License ID and Password were needed to activate previous versions of our software programs.
- If you purchased your program directly from us in our online webstore, your License ID and Password were emailed to you when you first purchased your program.
- If you are unable to find your License ID and Password, please contact support@wildginger.com for assistance.
What forms of payment do you accept?
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal
- All orders must be process through our online store. We do not take credit cards over the phone.
- All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.
Please NOTE: We do not accept wire transfers or other payment methods that require our bank account or bank routing numbers.
What are your payment terms?
- Full payment is due at the time of purchase. We cannot offer payment terms, lay-a-way or other extended payment options.
- Exchange rates from the U.S. dollar to other currencies are determined by your bank at the time of purchase. We have no control over the exchange rate and cannot tell you how much our products will cost in your currency since it will vary on the date of purchase. You will need to check with the bank that issued your credit card for details.
- We no longer accept purchase orders, money orders, or checks

My credit card was declined but I see a charge from your company.
- The charge you see is a preauthorized hold. If your card was declined, the transaction will not post. The hold will be removed from your account according to your credit card company's policy. We have no control over when that might occur. Please contact your card issuer with any questions.
What is your refund and return policy?

Do you offer educational discounts?
- Yes, we offer educational and student discounts on some of our software programs. Visit our educational pricing page below or contact us for details.
Do you offer bundle or volume discounts?
- We do offer volume educational discounts on of some of our software programs. Please contact us for details.
Are programs available on CD?
- No, we are no longer able to provide CDs. You may make a back up of the software your download to a CD, flash drive or other back up media.
