Cameo Pattern Design

The Pattern Design module contains all of the tools that you need to create well-formed production patterns quickly and efficiently. The Pattern Design module is the base module for Cameo and is required for Made to Fit, Grading, and Marker Layout to function.

The Pattern Design module is unique in its’ ability to automatically produce standard or custom sized slopers for women, men, and children from a set of measurements. Slopers include a bodice, fitted sleeve, skirt, pants, and sheath. These slopers can be used as the basis for creating styled patterns.

Tools such as dart transfer, slash/spread, slash/pivot, true dart, pattern marking, and automatic seam allowances are included. The Pattern Design module ships with a Sample Layout application for creating fabric layouts and calculating yardage requirements.

Please note: pattern making skills are required to create well-formed patterns in Pattern Design. No software program can completely replace pattern making skills.
