  • To receive a refund within the guarantee time period, you must lock the program, record the deactivation code that will be generated, and return the deactivation code within the time period specified below. Your purchase price in U.S. dollars will be promptly refunded with no questions asked.

  • Absolutely no refunds will be given without proof of product deactivation.

  • If the program has been unlocked on two computers, both computers must be deactivated and the deactivation codes provided to Wild Ginger Software, Inc. within the guarantee time period.

  • Shipping and handling costs, customs and brokerage fees, and return postage are not refundable.


  • All CDs should be sent Return Receipt Requested and insured for the value of your purchase. No refund will be given if we do not receive the program CD and the deactivation code. For Cameo purchases, you must also return the Cameo User's Guide in its' original condition.
