Our customer service and technical staff are available to answer
your questions regarding ordering, order status, shipping, replacement of
defective or damaged merchandise, upgrading to newer versions, and Cameo module
activation codes.
Wild Ginger Software, Inc. currently provides toll-free telephone
in the US and Canada, toll call technical support outside the US and Canada, and
free email technical support. While it is our intent to offer free technical
support for as long as you own our software products, advancing technologies may
prevent us from supporting some of our older products indefinitely. We reserve
the right to begin charging a fee for technical support.
Wild Ginger reserves the right to refuse or suspend support to
customers who are not willing to comply with product registration or
proof-of-purchase requests.
When contacting us for technical support, please include as much
information as possible so that we may answer your questions quickly. Make
certain to include the version of Windows you are using, any specific error
messages, and a complete set of measurements (for measurement and fit
issues).
Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 9am - 4:30pm,
Central Time. You may email or fax 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including
holidays. We strive to reply to all calls, email or faxes within hours. We
